Priyanka was here for a day-long tour of Amethi and Raebareli constituencies meeting party workers to perk them up ahead of the elections.
Infusing sense of unity among them, she told Congress Sewa Dal volunteers to fan out throughout the two constituencies and highlight the development work being done by the Congress.
To question whether she would consider demand of the electorate
for contesting elections, Vadra said it was an old demand and she would not contest elections."I do not have any political ambitions ... I am here to strengthen the party and campaign for my brother and mother in Amethi and Raebareli constituencies as they will be busy campaigning for party candidates across the country," Priyanka told reporters at Munshiganj guest house in Amethi.
Priyanka said in sewadal meet 'Only those who serve the people without any expectations would be remembered in politics,' she added.Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on her brother parliamentary constituency at Amethi addressed trainned party workers at a Congress Sewadal programme in the Gauriganj area.
